I was the internal producer of the first brand film for Wellington Management, a global investment management firm. I liaised with internal stakeholders to understand the history of the firm and how to succinctly tell a cohesive story that talks to the heart of what the company does. Our objective was to create a brand film that was informative, inspiring and authentic. I collaborated with the video agency to develop the concept and the script for the film, based on the firm’s vision, values and achievements. I also coordinated the filming process, ensuring that the locations, equipment, internal participants and crew were ready and aligned. I collected and consolidated feedback from the internal stakeholders at every stage of the post-production process, such as editing, sound, music and graphics. I made sure that the final film met the expectations and objectives of the firm and the result was a professional and compelling brand film that showcased the firm’s history, culture and impact.
